Can I exchange or return my order?
All purchases from House of Gramophone are considered final.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
We therefore recommend carefully checking the product details
and size information before placing your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. House of Gramophone currently operates on a
prepaid-only basis. Cash on Delivery (COD)
is not available for our orders.
What fabrics do you use?
Our collections are created with carefully selected fabrics,
with a strong focus on linen. We choose materials for their
natural character, comfort and timeless appeal.
How can I track my order?
